Cantrex to be owned by Nationwide Marketing Group

Cantrex Group Inc.’s buying group business will be reorganized, and effective on or
about April 30, 2012 (“Closing”) will be operated by Cantrex Nationwide (“Cantrex”).
Following Closing, Cantrex will be owned by Nationwide Marketing Group, LLC
(“Nationwide”), North America’s largest and most advanced marketing and buying
organization in its industries.

    LAURIER-STATION, Quebec - One of AP Inds. newest employees can work all day and night and never gets tired.
    In November, the case goods manufacturer installed at its plant here what it believes is the first independently functioning wood furniture robotics manufacturing system in North America.
    Named Arthur 1, the robotic system has been running 24 hours a day, five days a week, said Ken Loh, vice president of sales.
